Two designs are free. You only pay once you've chosen one, and then it's one yearly price with no setup fee.

Nothing to pay until you choose a design. No setup fee, and the price stays the same every year; any change is announced in advance.

- Your home page, contact, questions and terms pages are also included and don't count towards the eight. Sections beyond a standard-sized website from €2£1.75 a month.
When you pay and what stays yours
You pay after choosing
The two designs and 30 days to look at them are free. The contract only starts when you confirm your order. After that, we'll email you how to pay and send an invoice. You pay a year in advance.
Yours to keep
You can cancel at any time by email. Your website then runs until the end of the paid year, and we don't refund the rest. If you order as a consumer, you can also withdraw within 14 days, as our terms explain. Your text, photos and logo stay yours.
Questions about pricing
What happens to my domain?
If you already have one, it stays yours, with your current registrar, and your email stays where it is. Just change one setting, or we'll do it for you. If you don't have one, we register one in your name after you've paid, included in the yearly price. You can choose .co.uk, .org.uk, .com or .ie, or .eu if you're in the EU. We don't offer other endings. For .ie we need proof of your connection to Ireland, such as your company number.
Do I get email on my own domain?
For a new website, yes: one mailbox on your new domain is included in the yearly price. For a redesign, your email stays with your current provider.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Our prices are final and include VAT. For anything else about VAT on your invoice, write to [email protected] and a person will reply.
What about my current hosting?
Once your website has moved, you can cancel it, as long as your email isn't on it.
Why is it so affordable?
AI prepares the designs from your current website or your answers, and a person checks every one. You don't pay for meetings or hours of a designer's time.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Sign in through a link in your email, rewrite text directly on the page and undo a change if you need to. Or write to us and we'll do it for you.
What if I don't get back to you?
You don't pay or sign anything. You can start again later.
