We fire the sauna with wood right on Salthill Promenade by Galway Bay. Warm up at 80 to 90 °C and, if you like, cool off in the sea.

Timetable
Sauna sessions through the week
We hold sessions every day at 7:00, 8:30, 10:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 17:30. Every session lasts 60 minutes and has room for 10 people. Pick a time to book it.

From May to August we add a session at 19:00.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we also hold a session at sunset. Its start follows the sunset, and you will find it in the booking.

Shared sauna sessions, private hire of the sauna and gift vouchers. Every session lasts 60 minutes and prices are in euro.

Celebrating, having a hen or stag party, or planning a company event? With private hire the sauna is just for you, and herbal tea is included.

Before you come
What to bring and how to get into the sea
- Bring with you
- Swimwear, a towel, a bottle of water and water shoes. We are happy to lend you a robe for €5.
- Sea swimming
- A dip in the sea is optional and at your own risk. Get into the sea only by the ladder, and only as far as you can stand.
- Cold water
- The sea around Ireland is often colder than 15 °C, even in summer. Get in slowly and keep your time in the water short. In an emergency call 112 or 999 and ask for the Coast Guard.
- Your health
- Come to the sauna without alcohol. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, talk to your doctor first.

No, a dip in the sea is optional.

We will call you and move your session.

Yes, we sauna together in swimwear.

We hold sessions daily from 7:00, the last at 17:30, from May to August at 19:00, and on Friday to Sunday also at sunset.
Bus 401 runs from Eyre Square to us. On foot it is about 30 minutes from Galway city centre.
