Will my dog be scared?
We work calmly and always with just one dog. We don’t use cages or sedatives.
- How long does a groom take?
- A groom takes 2 to 3 hours depending on size and coat. When your dog is ready, we’ll send you a text.
- Can I stay with my dog?
- You’re welcome to stay for the meet-and-greet. During the groom itself, dogs are calmer without you.
- What if my dog’s coat is matted?
- We’d rather clip a matted coat short than put your dog through discomfort. Extra time costs £10 for every 15 minutes, and we always agree it with you first.
- Do you groom older or poorly dogs?
- We’re happy to groom older dogs and give them breaks. If your dog is unwell, please check with your vet first.
- How often should my dog be groomed?
- Most breeds come in once every 6 to 8 weeks.
