In peak season, add £10 per person per night to every room’s off-season rate. Stays from 5 nights receive a 10% discount on accommodation. The dog charge is added without a discount.
Questions and answers
How do I book a room?
Give us a call. We’ll help you choose the right room and suggest where to head nearby, and if we have space, your room is booked in two minutes. Book by phone.
Do you take dogs?
Yes, just arrange it with us in advance. A dog costs £12 per night and is welcome in the rooms and on the terrace. We kindly ask that dogs don’t sleep on the bed or stay alone in the room.
Can we have dinner with you?
Yes, please order dinner the day before. We usually cook one main dish for the whole house for £18. We can also recommend good pubs nearby.
How can we pay?
By bank transfer in advance or in cash on arrival. We only ask for a deposit for stays longer than five nights or in peak season, and it is usually 30%.
What if we need to cancel?
You can cancel free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival and we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel later, we will talk it through and can usually find another date.
Can we get to you without a car?
Yes, take the train to Aviemore and let us know when you arrive. We will pick you up from the station. See how to get here. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00; arrange any other time with us.
