About us
A small shop on two floors
Kettle Lane Books is the bookshop of Ruth and Iwan Price. We have a small shop on two floors on Castle Street. On the ground floor there are new books, Welsh literature and maps of the countryside, ready for a walk into the surrounding hills. Upstairs is the secondhand room with older books, and a children's corner where young readers can sit and browse.
Every book on our counter we have read ourselves, or it was recommended to us by someone we trust.

What we can do for you
New books come first, but a good bookshop does more than sell what is on the shelf. Here is everything we do for our readers, from tracking down an out-of-print title to wrapping a present.
